Ingredients
Directions
Cabbage, onions, broccoli, green peppers. Carrots and red and yellow peppers if they are on hand. 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper, ginger (powder), garlic.
Makes 14 1-cup servings.
I cook it in 2 batches with a lid so it kind of steams its self. I use a wok to cook it. Heat oil, add veggies, soy and seasonings. Cover and stir occasionaly.

I use 2 heads of cabbage, 1 large onion, 1 bunch of broccoli, 1 big green pepper ( i didn't have any red peppers this time), 3-4 Sliced carrots,
