3 lb corned beef briskit4 med potatoes cut in 4ths1 cup rough cut onion2 cups rough cut carrots1 med. head of cabbage cut in 4ths1 can light beer
Boil corned beef briskit with spices, 1 can of light beef and water to cover. Bring to boil, then turn down and simmer for 2.5 hours. Add carrots, cabbage, onions and potatoes the last 45 minutes and bring to boil, then turn down to simmer until tender.
