Juicy Pear Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup honey4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1 1/2 cups pear pulp1/2 cup pear juice1/2 cup skim milk3 tbs canola oil2 egg whites
Directions

Makes 12 muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan. Combine all dry ingredients. Add pear pulp, coat in flour mixture. In separate bowl mix milk, oil, egg whites, and pear juice, blend well. Stir in dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Fill muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
