Chicken Casserole with a Biscuit Topping

Ingredients
1 cup diced carrots3/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup of chicken broth1 can of cream of chicken soup3 cups of cubed cooked chicken or turkey1/2 cup mushrooms1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 cup white flour2 tsp baking powder2 eggs slightly beaten1/2 cup of milk1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a sauce pan or large frying pan combine carrots, onion, cook until the carrots and onion are soft, add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cubed chicken, mushrooms and worcestershire sauce, let simmer for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat
then pour into a casserole dish, pre heat the oven to 350F

Biscuit Topping
combine the flour and baking powder, make a well in the center and stir in eggs, milk and cheese, mix until it forms a sticky dough, then drop tablespoons of the topping onto the casserole, bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown, garnish as desired and enjoy
