Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat tortilla50g tomato sauce/pureed tomato0.5 cup of low fat shredded cheese
Directions
Spread tortilla with the tomato sauce
Sprinkle cheese over top
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese bubbles and browns

Can add any additional toppings. I like veg or tuna.
