Pancakes topped with Applesauce, Blueberries and Walnuts

1 C Whole Wheat Flour1 large Egg1 large egg white1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Sea Salt1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground2 TBSP Applesauce, unsweetened1 tsp Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tsp HoneyTopping can be these things or others, but this is how I calculated the nutritional info1 1/2 TBSP Honey1/2 C Blueberries2 TBSP Walnuts3 TBSP Applesauce Unsweetened
Mix all ingredients together until moistened (except for the listed toppings). Spoon 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto a sprayed skillet or griddle on medium-high heat.
Top pancakes with warmed applesauce, blueberries walnuts and a little honey, or yogurt, other fruit or spread. (strawberries, bananas, pumpkin puree, dark chocolate, chopped nuts, etc...)
