Cabbage soup

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage ,shredded1 lg. sweet onion, sliced3 cloves of garlic,sliced2 tbs molasses or brown sugar1tbs whole black pepper2 bayleaf2 tsp paprika1tsp tarragon1tsp oregano2 cups chicken broth2 cups water
Directions
heat fryingpan; add the cut onion,garlic and cabbage
drizzle over molasses stir and cook until cabbage is browned.Heat the chicken broth and water in a pot add blk.pepper ,bayleaf ,paprika,tarragon and oregano then add the vegetables and let cook for about one hour
serves 4
