Spicy Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 pkg Aidell's Andouille Sausage1 green (or yellow) bell pepper1 can (4.5 oz) diced tomatoes1 cup uncooked instant white rice1/4 cup sliced green onions1/2 cup water1/2 tsp salt1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
1. Heat 12-inch skillet on medium until hot. Add sausage and bell pepper, cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in tomatoes with their juice, rice, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 tsp salt. Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is just tender. Remove skillet from heat and stir in green onions.
