.5 cup brown sugar2 droppers full liquid stevia.5 cup butter.4 cup canola oil.5 cup corn syrup2.5 cups old fashioned oats.5 cup ground flax1 cup whole wheat flour.5 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon.5 cup dried cranberries.25 cup sunflower seeds.25 cup whole flax1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.5 cup unsweetened coconut
Mix brown sugar and stevia then add softened butter and oil. Add corn syrup and blend together. Add oats, ground flax, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Once thoroughly blended, add remainder of ingredients. Bake in 15x10x1 jelly roll pan at 350c for 20 mins. The longer you bake them, the crispier they get. Makes 32 bars.
