Garlic Zuchinni and Squash

Ingredients
4 cups diced zuchinni and/or yellow squash2 tbsp olive oil1.5 tsp minced garlic1 tsp onion salt
Directions
Cut zuchinni/squash into quarters lenghthwise and then dice into 1/2" thick pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan or wok on med-hi heat.

Cook garlic 1-2 minutes or until golden.

Add zuchinni/squash and cook for about 7-8 minutes stirring frequently.
