Linda's Spaghetti and Venison Tomatoe sauce

Ingredients
1lb ground venison 1tbs olive oil1large onion chopped 3 cloves garlic minced 2 tsp greek seasoning 2 tsp black pepper ( or to taste)1 can of tomatoe paste (6 oz) 1 quart of tomatoes 2cps sliced mushrooms
Directions
In large skillet or sauce pan, heat oil, add onions & garlic, saute untill tinder. Add meat and saute till done. Add tomatoes ( I use our home canned tomatoes without added salt), mushrooms, and tomatoe paste. Add greek seasoning, stir, cover and simmer about 1 hour. Stir occassionally. Mean while prepare pasta and what ever You want to go with it. I usually have a salad and garlic toast. Place pasta in dish, sauce in a dish and serve hot with paramsan or fete cheese.
