Apple Bread, lowfat

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 peeled, sliced (thin) apples1/4 cup applesauce1/2 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup reddi-egg product1/2 cup fat free milk1 cup organic cane sugar
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients well, then add the rest and combine. Grease a pan and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees; check between 20 - 60 minutes depending on your pan. Use a fork to see if it is cooked through the middle.
