Ingredients
Portabello Mushroom CapsCooked ground beefGrated Parmesan CheeseHamburger bun
Directions
Remove stems and ribs from mushrooms. Fill with ground beef. Approx. 3 oz will fill the cap. Top with grated parmesan cheese. Place on grill or under a broiler til cheese is melted and the mushroom is warmed through. Serve on a warm bun with your choise of vegetables.
