Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 small onion1 tsp. black pepper1.5 C. sauerkraut, drained2 C. uncooked egg noodles1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup, condensed, unprepared1 can healthy request cream of celery soup, condensed, unprepared0.5 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
-Makes 9 3inx3in squares
-Brown beef and onion together. Drain off juice.
-Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture in an ungreased 9x9-inch baking dish.
-Cover with sauerkraut and top with remaining beef.
-Put uncooked noodles on top.
-Spread combined soups over noodles.
-Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
-Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 25 minutes more.

    This was incredible. I've fixed this a couple times now and this will become one of my favorites. Only issue is when I put the ingredents in, I came up with al ot higher calorie count. Still a very good meal. - 11/17/09
