Teresa's Spicy Cajun Squash

Ingredients
2-3 cups yellow summer squash2-3 cups zucchini squash1/2 large yellow onion2T canola oil2t Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
Directions
Wash, peel and slice squash, dice or slice onion, place all in a large bowl, toss with 2T canola oil until all veggies are coated, spread on cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam, sprinkle Tony Chachere's creole seasoning lightly over the veggies (or to taste), bake in a 350 oven for 25-30 min until veggies are tender and flavorful!
