Ingredients
Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling, 4 cup (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 15 strips (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .33 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Members Mark Chicken Spinach Asiago sausage, 4 serving (remove)*Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo, 2 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Bring large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile slice peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and sausage links. Add tortellini to boiling water. In a skillet heat olive oil. Add ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender/crisp. Drain pasta. Mix alfredo sauce with meat and vegetables. Mix with tortellini. Add shredded parmesan to individual servings and enjoy.
