Ingredients
Chicken, onion, cucumber, hummus on pita
Directions
2oz boneless, skinless chicken, cooked, shredded
Onion, red, amount to taste
Cucumber, Lebonese style or seedless, chopped small, approx 1/8 cup (or to taste)
1/4 cup Hummus
1/2 pita

Combine all ingredients and spread on pita for a delicious sandwich.
