Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 TBSP Extra light Olive Oil1.5 lb Beef (round steak sliced into pieces)2 Garlic Cloves (minced)1.5 Cups mushrooms, fresh (sliced)1.5 Cups Onions (chopped)3 Cups Beef Broth3 TBSP Ketchup1/3 cup of water3 Tablespoons Corn Starch1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream4 Cups Mashed Potatoes
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, add beef cook until browned, add garlic, mushroom, and onion cook until tender. Add beef broth and ketchup bring to boil. In small bowl mix water with corn starch, stir into skillet once thickened add sour cream, cook until well blended. Serve over mashed potatoes.
