Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients
12 Jumbo Shrimp2 T Parsley, chopped or dried1 C Bread Crumbs6 T Butter1/4 C Crab Meat, flaked1/4 C Sherry
Directions
Remove shell up to tail. Cut shrimp down to the back, leaving in butterfly fashion. Remove large intestine. Place in baking dish. Melt butter. Combine remaining ingredients. Place stuffing in each shrimp cavity. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tails curl and shrimp meat is bright white.
