Slowcooker Taco Soup with venison

Ingredients
Directions
1 LB ground venison, packet of taco seasoning, packet of ranch-dressing mix, 2 cans corn, 1 can pinto beans, 2 cans of rotel, 3 cups of water, 4 beef bullion cubes
Dice onion. Brown meat with diced onion until both are cooked through. Combine remaining ingredients in a slowcooker (all canned items undrained) and cook on low 5-6 hours. Makes about 16 cups.

This was great! I had a little trouble figuring out what Rotel is (I'm sort of a novice cook) but I googled it. It was great! I little zippy for my young children but my husband loved it and so did the guys I work with. I used the bullion paste vs cubes and it was great! Thanks for sharing it! - 12/13/10
