Whole Wheat Flour, 0.2 cup Granulated Sugar, .15 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cupRicotta cheese, fat-free, 4 oz
Directions
mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, mix thoroughly, pour batter into hot skillet by 1/4 cup, heat until bubbles on top then flip.
