Cafe Rio Tortilla (at home)

Ingredients
5 C flour1/2 C shortening1/8 tsp baking powder1 Tblsp salt1 1/2 - 1 3/4 C water
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, cut shortening into dry mixture.
Add water, slowly until mixture is smooth.

Roll into balls (about the size of Clementine oranges). Roll flat with rolling pin as thin as possible. Put on griddle at 425° it only takes a few minutes on each side.

Makes approximately 20 tortillas, depending on size and thickness
