Vegetable Rice Meat Loaf

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Jennie-O Turkey breakfast sausage link, 1 lb*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)*Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 4 serving*Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slicesCarrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 tsp Pizza Seasoning 1tbspSalt 1/2 tsp
Directions
Chop all vegetable into a big bowl while meat is thawing. Stir in meat, egg and rice. Put in spices, green chilis and tomatoes until well blended. Bake at 400 45 minutes until well done. Check occasionally to make sure it's not overdone.
