Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb cooked and cubedWhole Wheat Flour, 0.1 cup Herbalife Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp,Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 170 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) zuccini - Fresh, 1 cup Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped vegeta salt 1 T
Directions
Melt butter and olive oil in the sause pan , add flour and protein powder stir for 1 min, add milk to the pan, add spices. put chopped vegetables into the oven proof caserole dish, sprinkle with salt, mix , pour the sause on top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover with foil and bake 20 min 350F
