Hearty Shrimp and Tomato Pasta with Veggies

Ingredients
.5 lb Shrimp (20-30 count size).25 cup Vegetable Oil1 tbsp. garlic powder8 oz Macaroni1 can Tomato Paste1/2 cup chopped Basil1/2 bag frozen broccoli1 bottle mushrooms
Directions
In medium to large skillet place oil, garlic, and tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.

Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook in this pan until done, 5-10 minutes.

Boil the pasta. Add in chopped basil.

Steam broccoli. Add to pasta/basil mixture.
Add all to the cooked pasta.

Refrigerate and reheat on Casserole setting of microwave just before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
