Ingredients
2-3 sweet potatoes, peeled and chunked1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked3 T canola oil1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine all ingredients and spread in a single layer on rimmed baking sheet.

Roast 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
