Roasted potatoes and cauliflower

Ingredients
Ingredients:Gallo Canola & Extra virgin olive oil blend, 24 tsp *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 3 tsp *Oregeno, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
chop up potatoes and cauliflower into places approx 1.5 -2 inch cubes

put it-all in a large bowl and toss to get a good covering of oil and spices.

put on cookie sheet or baking pan and cover with tinfoil

Bake @ 350° for 40 mins

remove tinfoil and broil on hi for 5 mins for colour

makes 8 , 1 cup servings
