Lisa's Granola Bars

Ingredients
3 cups quick oats1 cup slivered almonds1 cup raisins1 cup sunflower seeds1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1 300mL (10.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
Line a 15x10 jelly roll pan with foil; grease with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients. Press evenly into prepared pan. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 10 minutes; remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into 36 bars. Store loosely covered at room temp or freeze once completely cooled
