Blueberry cream tofu

250mL soft tofu300mL blueberries (or other fruit)1 TBLS honeymint (for decoration)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into four cups. Let stand 1 hour in fridge. Decorate with mint leaf.
