Fruit Confetti Rice

Ingredients
2 cups herbal tea (blueberry)1 cup medium grain white rice (uncooked)1/4 cup dried apricots, diced1/4 cup dried dates, diced1/4 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
I use a vegetable/rice steamer for this recipe.

Brew herbal tea. While the tea is steeping, chop the dried fruit and pecans. Place dried fruit, pecans, and rice in steamer bowl. Add herbal tea to bowl. Steam for 40 minutes.
