Citrus Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 limes (juice of)2 oranges (juice of)2 lemons (juice of)2 Tbs balsamic vinegar3 Tbs honey1 tsp dijo mustard1 tsp paprika3 garlic cloves, crushed1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt6 boneless pork chops
Directions
1. Combine ingredients in a large ziploc freezer bag.
2. remove as much air as possible, label and freeze
3. Defrost overnight in the fridge; pork will marinate as it defrosts
4. To serve, remove chops from bag and place in a non-sticfk akillet; reserve marinade.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, or until brown, repeat for other side.
6. Add marinade, and reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 7 minutes, or until cfhops are no longer pink in the middle. Transfer pork to place and cover. Turn heat to high and whisk for 305 minutes untilo sauce is thick. Spoon over pork.
