Ingredients
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 Large Egg1 Can Creamed Style Sweet Corn (60 Cal. per serving)
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. rest the batter rest for 4 minutes
3. spray a 9x9 inch square pan with Pam
4. pour batter in to dish
5. bake for 20 minutes

    Loved this and sooo easy to make. I doubled the reci[pe to take to a cookout and it recieved rave reviews. I baked it at 400 and it did take longer than 20 min. - 6/5/11

    My family loved how this tasted and its so simple (nicer than the extra butter and calories of corn bread casserole), but the recipe doesn't say at what temperature to cook this at. The box for the cornbread said 400 so I tried that, but it took longer than 20 minutes at that temperature. - 8/15/10
