Slow cooker chicken, broccoli, and penne

Ingredients
3 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can cream of mushroom and roasted garlic soup1/4 cup nonfat milk3 cups chopped broccoli8 oz. uncooked whole wheat penne pasta
Directions
Spary slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Place Chicken breasts in slow cooker. Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. During last 1/2 hour of cook time, prepare pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli to water for last 5 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli. Remove chicken breasts from slow cooker and cut into bite sized pieces. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in pasta and broccoli. Toss to coat with sauce. Serves 6.
