Whole Wheat Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
1 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C Non Fat Milk1/8 C Canola Oil1/2 Tsp Salt1 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray baking trays with non-stick olive oil spray.

Mix together flour, milk, oil, salt, and baking powder until thoroughly moist. Batter will be slightly stiffened.

Drop into 6 biscuits on baking tray.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve with butter or sugar free jam.
