Spicy Crab Cakes

1 pound cooked crab meat (I used 1/2 lump, 1/2 special)3/4 c. panko bread crumbs1/4 c. 2% milk (you can use skim or 1%)3 tbsp mayonnaise2 tbsp cilantro, minced6 green onions, minced1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 tbsp chili garlic sauce or srirachaCooking spray
1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, panko, milk, mayonnaise, onions, salt, pepper, and chili sauce. Moisten hands with water and form crab mixture into 12 small cakes (about 2-3 inches in diameter). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour so they are easier to turn when baking.
2. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray. Places crab cakes on sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Carefully turn each cake over and return to oven for 5-10 more minutes.
Makes 6 servings of 2 cakes.
