2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth2 cans italian style diced tomatoes1 can chick peas (or whatever kind of bean you like)1 or 2 chicken breasts cut up1 cup whole grain rotini1 bag frozen veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
Put all ingredients in large sauce pot/spaghetti pot. Bring to slow boil and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and pasta is tender.
