1 pound extra lean Ground Beef, browned & drained.1 (1.25oz) pkg Taco Seasoning Mix3/4 cup water1 large head Iceburg Lettuce, rinsed, drained and shredded2 large Tomatoes, cut up in bite size pieces1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 (6oz) pkg Mozzarella Chesse, part skim milk1 (7 1/2oz) bag Tortillia Chips5-6 TBS Mild Salsa
Brown and drain ground beef. Add seasoning mix and water, cook according to package directions. While simmering, assemble other ingrediences. Shred lettuce and put in a large mixing bowl. Add cut-up tomatoes, both cheeses, and all salsa. Gently toss. Coursely crunch tortillia chips into big pieces. Add to salad and again, gently toss. Right before eating add warm,cooked taco hamburger mix. Lightly toss and serve. Makes 16-18 one cup servings.
