10 oz cubed stew beef13 oz cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cups Green Giant California vegetables, thawed1 cup chopped onion5/8 cup frozen cranberries, thawed6 dried apricots, cut up3 tbsp each: soy sauce, ketchup and maple syrup1/2-1 cup water
Brown chicken and beef with onion in pan sprayed with Pam. Add thawed vegetables, apricots and cranberries. Mix together soy sauce, ketchup, maple syrup and just enough water to make a glaze. Warm through thoroughly and serve over rice.
