Ginger Cod

Ingredients
1/3 C Soy Sauce1 Tbs Oyster Sauce2 Tbs Honey1/2 Tbs Fresh Grated Ginger2 tsp Garlic4 Four-Ounce Fresh Cod Fillets
Directions
In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic until combined and smooth. Place cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour mixture over the cod. Allow to marinate, turn as necessary to coat.
Cook marinated cod in a bamboo steamer, or other steamer device for approximately 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve immediately.

Optional: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and red pepper flakes. Make it a meal with side of steamed veggies and brown rice.
