Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) - piecesBroccoli, fresh, 1 stalk - cut into piecesMushrooms, fresh, 10 small - slicedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) - slicedCelery, raw, .5 cup - diced Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium Chicken Breast, no skin, 22.4 ounces (approx. 1 1/2 lbs.) - cut into slices*Soy Sauce, Trader Joe's Reduced Sodium, 3 tsp Sun Luck Cantonese Oyster Flavored Sauce, 4 tbsp Garlic, 4 cloves - dicedOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Heat oil in pan, add garlic and saute. Add chicken, stir fry until almost done and then add soy sauce. Add ginger and vegetables. Stir fry and add oyster sauce. Continue stir frying until veggies are desired consistency.
Serve with/over brown rice.
