Slow Cooker Pork Loin with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 boneless pork loin roast, about 4 pounds2 large sweet potatoes, sliced - about 1 inches eachSalt & peppergarlic powder1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 can whole cranberry sauce1/4 tsp. cloves, optionalPlace sliced sweet potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Season roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; place on top of potatoes in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Pork should be about 160° on a meat thermometer. To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion.
