Spiced Apple Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1TBSP of Peanut butter2TBSP of Vanilla Milk (i used 8th continent light vanilla soy milk)1/3 cup of applesauce1/8tsp nutmeg1/8tsp of splendapinch of cinnamon
Directions
Warm peanut butter so it is easy to stir and add together all ingredients in a bowel. Scoop mixture onto small plate and flatten into the shape of a pancake.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.
