Stuffed Baked Chicken

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready to-cook (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbspSalt, 2 tbspPepper, black, 1 tbspSmart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 2 servingBroccoli, cooked, 2 cup, choppedPhiladelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 ozCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1.5 cup, shredded Non Stick Spray
Cook broccoli and chop. Mix everything but chicken and several pinches of cheddar in a bowl. Butterfly chicken breasts and spread mixture in butterflied chicken. Secure with toothpick and place in baking dish lightly coated with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Serve.
