Hopping French Toast

Ingredients
2 large eggs1/2 cup milkA bit of vanilla extract3 tablespoons flourpinch of saltButter to taste (a bit for the skillet)6 slices of breadPowdered SugarCinnamon
Directions
Beat eggs in shallow bowl.
Add milk, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, and salt to eggs.
Heat large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Dip bread in mix on both sides, then cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Cut French toast into halves, sprinkle powdered sugar, butter, and syrup to taste.
