Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg of Hurst's yellow split peas1/2 pkg of baby carrots4 stalks celery diced8 cups of water6-8 bouilon cubes any flavor(I used chicken)
Directions
Boil all ingredients on low for 3-4 hrs or until peas are very soft. Puree all ingredients in food processor.
Makes 12 1-cup servings.
