Ingredients
5 cans pink salmon,remove skin1 box stove top stuffing mix prepared as directed and cooled2 tabs Kraft tartar sauce1/3 cup finely chopped onionMix well,form small patties and chil.
Directions
Grill on charcoal grill of pan fry in peanut oil.If I do the pan fry I dip the patties in a bread crumb coating.Can serve as a burger or as a pattie.If pattie,I make them a little larger.
