Ingredients
8 large Hard Boiled Eggs1 can condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Mayonaise1/2 cup nonfat milk 1 Tbsp choppsed Fresh Chives4 slices turkey bacon, cooked8 whole wheat English muffins
Directions
Blend 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add 1 tsp chopped chives. Pour thin coating in bottom of "Pammed" 1 1/2 to 2 quart flat bottomed baking dish. Even distribute and layer slices of 8 hardboiled eggs. Pour remaining sauce over eggs. Sprinkle with 1/4 pound cooked, crumbled bacon. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over English muffins.
