Hot pepper peanut shrimp

Large shrimpchopped red bell peppercooked broccolicook pastachopped onionhot pepper sauce (your choice)low sodium soy saucechunky peanut butterwateroil
Cook 1 ounce pasta ( I prefer linguine).
Cook broccoli. I microwave frozen chopped brocoli for 3 minutes while pasta is cooking.
Saute onion and red bell pepper in pan sprayed with cooking oil until softened. Add a little water to keep from burning if needed. Add peanut butter, soy sauce hot pepper and a little more water to make a thick sauce.
Add cooked shrimp to heat. Add broccoli and drained pasta, blend all ingredients.
Add small amount of sesame oil for more "Asian" flavor.
