Egg, fresh, 4 large Betty Crocker Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix, 0.5 cup Butter .25 cupMilk, 2%, 1.25 cup Sour Cream, .25 cup Goat Cheese, Hard, 4 oz mincedGarlic, 2 cloves mincedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup,s pieces or slices Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
saute mushroom with garlic, drain liquid and set aside
Whip together eggs, melted butter, and milk
Gradually add pancake mix
whip sour cream with dried rosemary
whip into egg mixture
mix egg mixture with cooled mushrooms
pour entire mix into a 9' round baking dish
add diced cheese to top of dish before baking
bake at 275 until firm
Slice pie in 8 equal slices
