Curry Chicken Jamaican style

Ingredients
Warm the oil in the pan, cook the curry in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the onion and other seasonings (Pimento/allspice/ thyme,) and cook until soft. Push to the side and sear the chicken. Add water to cover the chicken and cook for 30 minutes - 1 hour or until the water is reduce to a gravy.
